Joined Sue for Nordic Walking on the beach - a low low tide so a huge expanse (see extras). An early start (for me!) but worth it for the light and shimmer.

Greyer this aft, but Roy and I walked along the river to the fishquay, then up the 100+ steps to pick up a few bits and bobs in North Shields.
