Just a walk in the park

Grey but mild. 

Drove up to the park as we needed to go onto town. 

Very quiet today. Took our time walking round and up to the top of cenotaph hill . Still some Autumn leaves clinging to trees. Still some quite green while others are now bare. 

Off intomtown to drop of several boxes of clothes etc to the Cancer research shop ( mainly Ms . Most items as new but as he has lost weight and ,has no ntention of  re gaining it  hes donated them. 
As we were there, we had a wander round town. Quite depressing to see so many shops have closed. It's not really because of Covid, the kids of death was M&S closing , then Debenhams... and gradually others are following WHSmiths, Thorntons, Body Shop, ..... the list goes on. 

I nipped into Boots for a few Christmas presents. Not normally this early but my brother can take them back on Sunday.
