To be avoided…

Fortunately we rarely need to use this route now. It will cause a nightmare for many for the next 11 weeks.

After a wonderful Community Lunch we went for a walk. 3pm is a bit early to collapse on the sofa which was our first option. It’s so good to see seventy people from the community enjoying the meal, company and ambience of these lunches.

Not so good news later in the evening. Neil had a terrible reaction to his booster jab on Tuesday afternoon which resulted in a nasty fall today. An ambulance and fireman were needed before he could get treatment. He has been sent home from hospital after a thorough check. It’s safer for him to rest at home than in hospital. N&V’s sons have been wonderful and one is staying overnight to watch Neil and so Valerie can get good sleep before her second treatment tomorrow.

So grateful for the love, support and prayers of friends when we get news like this and to be able to pass it on to V&N.
