Getting lost in a blur. Been up the whole day but had a productive one. I’m not good at winding down quickly. It takes ages. When cooking this evening I was still going full throttle mentally and dropped an egg in the process, consequently adding more difficulty to the simple act of cooking. Picking up utensils, squatting to get things, cleaning up the egg spill we’re just rife with continuous mistakes. I was happy to cook, yet my brain didn’t want to slow down and take it easy. Breathing slowly and deeply was a way to just relax.
