Shadows

Another trip into eye casualty for me (Chris) today, my eyesight had deteriorated since the last visit on Monday, seeing shadows, lights, distortion and fuzziness. After a bit of a wait (5 hours), the conclusion is I have a partially detached and torn retina. It needs quick attention before it gets any worse and thankfully a gap had appeared in the theatre schedule tomorrow so I’m in for surgery in the morning. Annie is heading back from Wales tonight, earlier than planned which I’m really grateful for.

Took some photos in the hospital cafe in the afternoon sunshine. I suspect these glasses and lenses will soon need a review!!
