Hand held
The moon was looking rather lovely as I left work this evening, and more traditionally lovely after I had arrived home and set off out again to the supermarket. These are both handheld which makes it that bit harder to make out Neil Armstrong's footprints.
2001: Twice I went to the local hospital emergency department requiring stitches - Both events were genuine accidents:
On the first occasion he had deliberately aimed the missile to miss me but hit the wall close by, except that it wasn't a wall, it was a window, which smashed, and the falling glass gashed my leg.
On the second occasion I wasn't even the target, he was trying to whack the parrot, but his chosen weapon was a length of laminate flooring which is awfully difficult to control.
A kind police officer based in the hospital offered me protection, but I honestly didn't think it was as serious as all that, I just wanted to go home.
