1st Wedding Day

See, not all 80s wedding dresses were all mutton o leg sleeves and big flouncy skirts ! I remember mum and I going to Edinburgh to choose mine in a shop called Robes de Paris! Not sure how I found the shop in the days before Internet, probably in a magazine but I do remember trying this on and thinking it was perfect. The material sat beautifully and it had a small train too. It had to be altered, taken in as I was a size 8 then. Funny the things that come back to you when you find old pictures. Must have been a gust of wind as dad’s hair is a bit windblown.
