Autumn at its fairest

autumn — glorious light
shone down on fields and fiery trees —
a sound and light show

On my way to my physio session where all went well: with such nice weather, it would have been a pity not to exercise outside, so I walked for 40 minutes in the sunshine, with sticks and weights attached to my ankles. Getting there, slowly!
