Cushions …… or at least they soon will be

I was awake very early so decided to get up and sit quietly at my desk and work out how to set up in the new system the templates I use each month.  I was elated when the first one was done to my satisfaction and it was then just a matter of duplicating it and changing the relevant information.  Time well spent.

Hubby had signs to put up and take down, so he ventured out into the cold and wet and, whilst out, picked up the cushion inners we need for the cushion covers he’s designed to complement our new sofas and chairs.  He turned up with a huge, bulging bag filled to the brim. There’s a blip here, I thought.  We pulled a couple out and placed them on the sofa, with prints of the cushion designs resting against them.  They look huge, but apparently they’ll look a lot smaller when they’re stuffed inside the covers. 

It’s Day 8 of Level 3 Step 2 and there are 194 new cases of Covid-19 in the community. Of these, 180 are in Auckland, 5 in the Waikato, 3 in Northland and 6 in the Lakes DHB area. There is also one new case in Christchurch. Sadly, another death has also been reported.
