Poinciana

In Dubai, we call this a flame tree but here it’s called poinciana. And our neighbours tree is finally blooming, I’ve been waiting patiently.

I can see it from my bed in the morning and enjoy the view as I drink my tea which Martin kindly makes for me every day :).

Started writing Christmas cards today. I had hoped to get them done by the 10th of Nov, but it’s been way too busy. I think I’ll be done by the end of this week though. There are many friends who don’t know yet that we’ve left Hong Kong!!!
