Golf in November!

It was really lovely mid-day...cool, but the sun came out. My friend and I grabbed nine holes at our course, which happens to be just two minutes from my house rather conveniently. It was somewhat muddy, the grass in the rough was long enough that we actually had a hard time finding our balls when they weren't in the fairway (often) and we even lost both balls at the same time once. It was lovely to be outdoors getting exercise this time of year. 

Other than that, some botanical garden work and a doc app't and that about completes the day. But my neighbor's dahlias are still blooming - isn't this a beauty? No frost in sight yet, but it's going to be a very chilly 35F/1.7C degrees tonight!
