Weird day today. I got very, very stressed at work and worked myself up into a visual migraine that meant I couldn't read for a while there and had to go lie down with my eyes closed for 20mins. Of course, the incredibly frustrating thing about stressing yourself into an illness is that the things that you have been stressing about are not only still there when you get back, but also you now have less time to do them in. Harrumph.
