Reinstated

According to my friend the rat catcher a small amount of suet on the ground is not going to attract rodents so I have reinstated the bird feeder. Within minutes the blue tits had spotted it and homed in.
A morning of meetings which almost made me miss my yoga class. Blustery rain in the afternoon, and a relaxed evening with P eating moussaka.
Very annoying that the Pollokshaws entrance to Pollok Park and the kingfisher nest will be closed until mid December. The allotmenteers must be seriously inconvenienced. Hopefully it will all be worth it when the Burrell Collection finally opens in the spring.
