Pedal Power

Today at work we was hosting a charity event where we had a spin bike set up and staff and customers pedalled away from  8.30 to 4.30 in blocks of either 15 or 30 minute slots . It was been held at quite a few branches across the country with the aim to raise money for Barnardo's & Band of Builders. I didn't get on the bike just took photos of all the riders as my knee probably wouldn't have stood up to it .  My blip is of Martyn who has just left our branch to be ABM at Scunthorpe putting in his spell been watched over by Erin. more photo's can be seen HERE 
Back home a relaxed evening with some general TV viewing and possibly a bit more Netflix in the form of squid games
