Changing a light bulb

There used to be a joke about 'how many people does it take to change a light bulb?' Well I used to think it would take about 1 minute maximum. But that was before smart lighting was introduced. Now the light bulbs almost never fail, BUT the remote controls, phone apps, hubs etc keep going off-line randomly at least once a month, and it can take hours to get them working again. So this and all the other bulbs and component of the 'smart lighting' system have now been replaced with ordinary bulbs, and all that is required to turn a light on or off is to operate the wired switch. Such a relief!
