Colourful Roadside Trees

These trees, on the edge of the Winstanley Hall Estate, are a riot of colour at the moment, but as this is a fast sweeping downhill stretch of Pemberton Road, I didn't risk standing on the road for very long to get the image! 
Vehicles going past so fast miss out on the Autumnal colours!
Incidentally, thanks to an online vote and hard work by the neighbours, this road was voted "Britain's Friendliest Street' for 2020, and the road signs were altered to acknowledge the fact!
