SULTANAS FOR BREAKFAST.

Had a little visitor for breakfast this morning. Started to rain about 10am and has been a grey, wet and miserable day..
Physic appointment did not happen as she phoned and said could I come down earlier as she would give me exercises, however I said I did not want to do exercises until I found out what the problem was, and she agreed to wait until after I had my x-ray. I did manage to get to the post office to send something back. Had to walk very slowly, but it was nice to get out.
What a boring day for me as I like to be out and about, hope that changes soon.
