Beautiful skies when the suns going down eh!
Been to the drs today to ask for referral to get my other shoulder sorted. When he looked at my notes it said I had an operation on my right shoulder because I had a tear in my muscle. But I hadn’t I was given a steroid injection into a bursar. I had an Mir scan to see if I had torn my muscle.
Good job I know what went on with my shoulder eh! Now I am wondering if the exercise they gave me me are correct for what I had done. Still I am seeing the physio next week so I can check then about it.
