Water..

… to drink. People either love or hate when unadulterated. I must admit to being one of the latter unless it’s freezing cold however I’m trying up my intake at the moment but finding cold drink when cold outside not so appealing. I have realised however that hot water with a slice of citrus is very palatable :)
