What a beat!

A productive day today involved getting started on sewing gift bags for the website/Christmas, creating and sending feedback forms and starting to upload photos to a couple of virtual christmas markets I'm taking part in.

Didn't make it out in the beautiful sunshine although had to pop to Penicuik late afternoon for something for our dinner. Sadly, I saw a dog getting hit by a car which was very traumatic, I was shaking and terribly upset.

It got back up and ran off (limping) and looked like it was going to run straight back into the traffic again, was awful. A wee search of a local fb group showed that someone had managed to catch it but sounds like its a sad case and a dog that for whatever reason now seems to be on its own out there on the world, only a young thing too. Currently at Dalkeith Police Station, where it seems someone else took it just a couple days ago :(
