We've had 4 offers on the house. Tomorrow we will hear if the top offer has been increased. Of course, the next step will be to see IF our offer will be accepted on the house we're after. All a bit nerve racking and exciting.

I was going to go up to the woods, but another viewing came in just as I was about to make some broccoli and stilton soup. Thought I'd better hold out on that one until they had been! Then the light was fading, so I went for a little wander round the reservoir (I haven't been for a while.) And I saw these 4 boats upended at the sailing club, very apt.

Poor Emmeline has kept Hayley up all night, being sick every half hour. Apparently the bug is doing the rounds at the school. I really don't know how working Mums cope these days, Hayley had an important meeting at work, so had to go in while Seb looked after Emmeline. I did offer to go up to help out, but Hayley said no way would she risk me getting it. I do agree, I think a tummy bug is the worst!
