Three in Howth

A nice bright, sunny day, but quite chilly. I was certainly glad when I got out to Howth harbour that I'd decided to wear a heavy jacket. Perhaps this guy was placing an order for something similar. There's certainly no way he could have felt any way warm, in his T-shirt and jacketless. Lady with pram was much more sensibly dressed. As for that life-saving thing ...
