Valley of Fire, Nevada

An early start today to take part in a 5k race in the Valley of Fire. 

I was bit apprehensive, given I hadn't run a 5k in about 18th months, and the potential for some hot weather. Luckily with the early start the temperature was still in the teens when we started.
