Remember the bridge?

It is still there. Today I went up on the bridge that we now use to have a closer look. Impressive. I'm looking forward to seeing the footage of the bridge being taken down and out. But it's not a simple matter I believe. One of the essential cables on the pontoon ship snapped. A large piece of iron on the bottom of the river cut into it. They've taken the piece of iron out and are searching for more obstacles before they have a second go.. 

On the other side of the river I had a very nice walk along tiny paths and rural roads. Weather was good again. Though clouded.
