New arrival

This chrysanthemum has chosen the middle of November to start flowering. I had not noticed what it was doing as it grows next to a large red dahlia and I guess they merged together when I was inspecting the bed.
Now I think it is growing in the wrong place so it should be moved. But when and where too and will it survive any move. 
This gardening lark is so  full of difficult decisions
