For Our Tomorrow #LestWeForget

Remembrance today was Band - playing with the Britannia Royal Naval College Volunteer Band. It felt very odd being back in a uniform after 12 years, but certainly made me feel proud.

This might seem like an oddly jovial picture to post on Remembrance Day. But for all the years Ayla and I have been in Band, today was the first time we’ve played together publicly, and it was nice to celebrate our friendship in this way.

Remembrance is about the people who gave us our tomorrow for their today; it’s important to me to make the most of that by living it to the fullest and celebrating the joy wherever it is :)
