Sunday

The weather has been like my mood today; flat. I have felt nothing, and everything has been negative. Often going round my head 'what is the point', having negative thoughts and just wanting to disappear.
Such a change from yesterday. I should be used to it by now. 

Only because I had very little food in the house I went out and stopped by the harbour.
