We spent a great afternoon celebrating Paddy’s 70th Birthday. Michele treated us with a fully catered lunch with the best salad sides that I have had for a long time, pear, blue cheese, and raspberries, with a balsamic dressing was my favourite.

Lots of laughter, great company, and great food, all in a beautiful garden setting.

Sadly, they will be heading to Aus in a couple of years, so we need to do way more of these gatherings.
