Trip down memory lane

My gorgeous daughter gave these macarons to me as a thank you present. What a wonderful gift. I first had macarons from Laduree in Paris. She very kindly took me there for a Mother’s Day present a few years ago. We took the first train from London and came home on the last train. We did everything in Paris that a tourist should do and more. Having tea in Laduree was one of the highlights. Luckily there is a Laduree in Piccadilly in London, so there is still a chance to get them here. Such a treat.
