Fly ball
Early start this morning when Kilda smelt the fox in the garden at 3am and went into full guarding mode, Darwin didn’t even bother getting out of his bed though. Didn’t really get back to sleep again before we had to get up at 5.30 to go to Errol for 7am for a day of flyball. Today was a big day as our team as they were holding some qualifying events for flyball at Crufts. Sadly, our team didn’t get through but the lucky ones were very excited. Someone else we know was there with her team with her Spanish Water Dog. There is also another Spanish in that team called Bee that Darwin was very smitten by. He was great meeting the other Spanish dogs and much better with most of the other dogs as well. Another couple turned up to have a look at things that have a couple of Spanish Water Dogs and the organiser of the Scottish SWD page turned up as well, so it was great to meet so many more owners and dogs. It was a long day and we only just got finished in time, but Kilda was 3rd with her team. Came back for fish and chips and to watch a bit of the qualifying before we got too tired.
