A good time in the gym this morning, and we did the two minutes silence again. John is organizing a Christmas meal for us in December, like we did two years ago. \Should be good. It was a lovely sunny morning, so J took the motorbike to Llandow. It was wonderful walking home on such a beautiful day. Having Aberdeen Angus steak, with roast potatoes and roasted vegetables very soon and I am ravenous. Looking forward to the conclusion of Angela Black tonight.
