Silly me

I was standing on a bench seat (a former school bench) to clean the windows when the bench tipped up, hit the radiator, tearing it off the wall, and  depositing me on the floor. 
I thought I’d done something serious at first, but I’m ok apart from a badly gashed right shin and a very sore upper left arm.
Mr F isn’t a good nurse and just told me off for not getting the stepladder out, he’s right of course! I gave up at that point, and I’ll be reclining on a sofa for the rest of the day I think.
I don’t know what’s going to happen about the radiator.
