Supernova

This is the text I wrote on facebook to go with this photo:

I know, I know, you've all been worried, wondering if I survived the Kelpies 5K. Happy to report I jogged/ran all the way and was only a minute over last time.

I thought last time I'd got 35mins but on checking I was just under 31mins and this time just under 32mins. Knees and hips are seizing as I write but happy with the result.

Proof here my girl is pretty much my height and ran 11mins faster than me! Lovely night out. She wants to do it again in March!
