Elevator

In the awful hospital where my Mom nearly lost her life, there were huge pictures of individual doctors on the elevator doors, with captions such as "Dr. So and So. Positively brilliant!" I got mad every time I got in an elevator because we saw the doctors more there than we ever did in the hospital, even when Mom was in ICU. Damned for - profit hospital.

Today I had another Rituxan infusion. The hospital is a nonprofit with wonderful nursing care and public health pictures on their elevator doors. I find that much more palatable.
