Hog Roast

In the chill of a Lancashire evening we celebrated Charlotte's 21st birthday. The party was held in a marquee which was great , the freezing conditions not thought likely when the event was planned. Still, the sight of people dancing wrapped in coats and various blankets and travelling rugs adds a memorable twist to the event.
The food was Hog Roast and here it is on its spit after a few hours "turning"
