Marks & Spencer in Blackburn.

The Feast Day of St Abbo and St. Brice.
Today Paul and me went to do some shopping and browsing in Blackburn.
It is a bright, blue skied sunny and cold morning, 13c.
We love Marks & Spencer, and Paul kindly bought me two lovely tops in turquoise and sky blue, as an early birthday present. We also treated ourselves to some dark chocolate cherry liqueurs. Not many customers  were about and the car park was very empty for a Saturday.
I got a new battery for my wrist watch and a new black strap, as the old one had seen better days. It was sad to see Debenhams old shop site closed, as my daughter and me used to shop there regularly when she lived at home. Fond memories.
Then we went to B&Q looking for a bird feeder pole, but we ended up finding just the best one at Oswaldtwistle Mills. £24.99 and it has the containers for nuts and fat balls and fat blocks. We have ordered a base from Etsy and it is due on Thursday.
