Ever so miffed

FOR MY FIRST ENTRY. A little bit about myself, i was born and bred in Bury, Lancashire.(thats enough fpor now) I'll never leave my little town because i am extremely proud of it's history.
Bury has countless examples of fine architecture erected to celebrate its huge part in the industrial revolution. A lot of it has been allowed to fall into a bad state of disrepair and neglect.
One such monument is the Kay Monument in Kay Gardens. It has been neglected over the years and became very grubby. Just recently the monument has been spruced up. I decided to pay a visit today to get some new photo's. I couldn't have been more disappointed. This is what i saw. Grafitti tags, the "artist" did thankfully provide us with his name, one Billy Treacle Wheeler. Only days after the big clean up.
And people wonder why the youth of today get such a bad name.
