Local scrap metal yard

The metal recycling yard had a particularly interesting collection today. I liked the colours of yellow and blue.

Note that the fridge has been used as a whiteboard. I wonder if any blippers can solve the mystery of what the diagram and notes mean. Or just have a guess!
