Quiche made with pears and Comté cheese.

This is the very last piece for this year.

The time of our own Asian pears is over and I tried to make this with Bartlett pears which was a great idea. But even those pears are now past their prime and don’t come from this part of the country any more. So I decided that this was the last piece for this year.

Very grey and wet weather kept me mainly inside. The jet lag will probably be over tomorrow. Started practicing the piano again.
