Al Fresco

Today we went to Mapua for fish n chips.  It was raining on the drive over but cleared at lunch time.  This afternoon back home the sun is out and it is very hot. 
Across from us lives  a family with a teenage son and he got up on our roof and with a bit of help from his dad unbolted the solar panel that used to heat the hot water.  We upgraded to a mains pressure system and the plumber didn't recommend using such an old panel with the new system.  Out brother in law is going to take it and set it up to heat his spa pool.  We used the teenager because he is light and the forester is not.  No damage to the roof tiles and he also cleaned the skylight in the kitchen.  
Last nights gin was very nice and I can recommend it.
