Spot my helper!!

A physio assessment appointment in Newquay had me up and at ‘em first thing. Upshot is I’m getting 6 sessions to work on my neck/shoulders after being a passenger in a small RTA in September.

Then work and another productive day. It almost feels like it’s all coming back under control again. Huzzah!
