Accidental vegan

Made a delicious aubergine curry with chapattis for dinner, and only afterwards did I realise that it was vegan. Its a bit silly but I love seeing each chapatti puff up in the pan!

Had a great Friday of achieving small goals and having time to think. Plus H and her friend O amused themselves in the afternoon, except when we got to make a mess together making flour-filled balloon stress-balls! They seem to be very popular...
