Abstract Blue Tit

We've been a bit behind all day today. We slept in until nearly 9 o'clock. These blipmeets must take it out of you, especially at our age. We didn't need the alarm setting as the bathroom fitter had emailed to say he wasn't able to come today to finish off. We're pretty annoyed at the pile of junk still outside our front door which he was going to clear away today, but on the other hand it has given us a few more days to get some painting done before he replaces the towel rail which I got him to remove so we could decorate. We chose a paint colour (or rather I did as mrsfb is not so keen). Blueberry White. We shall see how it looks soon as I popped into Cirencester to get some mixed up this afternoon.

I was hoping my blip would be a goldfinch as we had some on the bird feeder this afternoon and we hadn't seen any for a while. I was too slow again getting the camera, though I did get some shots of a blue tit. My favourite one in flight wasn't very sharp through the window, so I've made it into an abstract, which I quite like.
