Hot buns

It's all gone a bit religious here.
Considering I kneaded (?) the patience of Job to wait for these to prove for THREE hours.

Anyhow- my first time hot cross buns went down a storm.
Spicy appley and in keeping of the season.

It's normal plain bread tomorrow I think.
Knead to practice.
