La Luna

It was close to 4:30pm when we started the drive home from Best Buy. We had ordered an item online earlier in the day and had the option of picking it up at the nearby store. So convenient! • It was strange to see how dark it was out with headlights and street lamps all on. It brought back memories of our working days this time of year when we’d both leave home, and return, in the dark. Neither of us liked it. By the time we pulled into our driveway tonight a hazy half moon was rising behind the boxelder trees. I’m not skilled at taking moon photos but at least you can enjoy the glow and illumination of our beautiful night sky tonight • While I was taking moon pics MrsP thought she heard something in the trees across the road. She said “it sounded like something big moving around”. Of course I did not see or hear anything, but it deserves further investigation on another night… • Both mouse traps were empty.
