HOLIDAY HOME

We collected Mum at 10 for a 3 day break in Suffolk/Norfolk….The Rev had a zoom call with the bishop so I drove for the first hour.
Rather odd situation having the bishop saying the Lords Prayer as we travelled on the M25 :)))
We got to Aldeburgh for our lunch stop…unfortunately all the pubs were either closed or no chefs!!! #However one pub said we could get a takeaway and bring it back to the pub. So we had fish and chips in the pub. #The Aldeburgh Scallop.
##We then drove on for about an hour to our holiday home…the stables at Hempnall House. Just ideal for the 3 of us.
In the evening we had a supper and watched The Tower back to back!
