Express Delivery

A different kind of day today.

This morning I was with a neighbour who kindly gave me a wee lesson on her sewing machine and has allowed me to borrow it so that I can try and make up some nice gift bags for Christmas. I've not tried it myself yet but I feel like I have a plan.

This afternoon it was into Edinburgh - The Signet Library on the Royal Mile - to deliver a year's worth of diffusers/refills and room perfumes. Whilst I had prime city centre parking there for free I took the opportunity to pop along to Edinburgh Fabrics to get some nice ribbon to finish off the gift bags and some stationery bits and pieces I was needing from Rymans - a very 'useful' day

I really can't believe it's Friday again tomorrow, I swear someone has speeded up the weeks, it's insane.
