We went out early evening to get some steps in and buy some mushrooms. There was a lemon slice shaped moon and a bright star above it, which when I checked SkyGuide turned out to be Jupiter. Altair and Vega were bright tonight too. One of those rare occasions when I wished I was in the deepest darkest countryside and could do a bit of night sky watching.
