The Peak

We went to the Woodhouse for lunch today. I had the pâté platter, because I CAN! It was delicious. Afterwards we took Orla swimming at the Peak, her favourite pool. Ed went in with her and Conor and I spectated. He attracted lots of attention. Amazing how many people come up to speak to you when you have a new baby in tow! Orla was happy to put her face in the water with her new goggles and very enthusiastically played on the slide. She was allowed to choose a treat from the machine afterwards and picked white chocolate Maltesers - an abomination, in my opinion. A visit to Waitrose afterwards to pick up stuff for Easter dinner tomorrow and then home to watch Doctor Who and The Voice. A lovely relaxed Saturday.
