Thanks to all informal caregivers

yesterday was the day of informal caregiving. for that reason I was allowed to pick up a present at the support center as an informal carer today. on the left a game that gives you (intense) insights into what you have on your plate, and how you can deal with it. the game is a nice tool if your environment doesn't see what's on your plate, and to ask for more help if necessary. on the right a positivity calendar full of slogans and statements that tell you that you are great... Well... luckily I also hear that 'in real life' every now and then, when E tells me how cool he thinks it is that I accompanied him with his activities, instead of that I have to read it in here. I think it’s nice there is a attention for ‘us’ caregivers, but I was glad there was a gift certificate in there to, to get something nice just to enjoy ;-)
